Common flagpole repair requests
We evaluate broken or slipping rope and halyard, pulley or truck problems, damaged cleats and hardware, flags that cannot be raised or lowered, leaning or visibly damaged poles, worn or missing flags, and storm-related concerns. The safest solution may be repair, component replacement, removal, or full pole replacement depending on condition.
Photos help us understand the service call
If it is safe, send one photo showing the entire pole and property plus closer views taken from the ground. Include the address, approximate pole height, whether the pole is residential or commercial, and what changed. Never climb a damaged pole or approach fallen electrical lines to document a problem.
Maintenance can prevent a poor or incomplete display
Periodic visual checks can catch frayed flags, worn rope, loose or damaged hardware, and changes in pole alignment before the display fails completely. Commercial properties may benefit from planned inspections and replacement scheduling based on exposure and usage.
